Biography

Thrasher is the associate director of pharmacotherapy at SEAHEC in Wilmington. She practices chronic disease state management in the outpatient clinics at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, where she has established a pharmacist-managed anticoagulation clinic. She works very closely with the internal medicine, obstetrics-gynecology, and surgery residency programs within the New Hanover Health Network and directs the postgraduate year two pharmacy residency in ambulatory care.
