Christopher Davidson
Chris Davidson joined the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy in 2011 and assists faculty with classroom and curricular development, especially with regard to the Educational Renaissance objectives appearing in the School's strategic plan.
He works with faculty to ensure that planned changes to classroom material delivery and teaching methodologies adhere to research-supported best practices. Sometimes these new methods include advancements in the usage of electronic classroom equipment, multimedia tools, interactive software, or other ways to more deeply engage students and promote learning-based outcomes.
Prior to 2011, he managed a three-year international environmental health research project at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, taught computer science and engineering to middle and high school students, and designed database models for NASA agricultural experiments studying long-term spaceflight and habitation of Mars.
